Check out the first single, “Marathon Runner”, from Yellow Ostrich’s sophomore effort, Strange Land. Fans of The Mistress will note that the track starts with Alex Schaaf’s signature looping vowels, but soon grows into a much more driving sound. In it, Schaaf sings about growing into ones goals with no clear intent.
